Incorporated in 2008, and located in the Economic and Technical Development Zone of Leling City, Shandong Transce Agricultural Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. is an agricultural machinery research, development and production enterprise engaging in the research, development, production and sales of potato industry machinery with its registered brand of agricultural equipment of “Transce”. It is also a new high-tech enterprise in Dezhou City, and has constructed a wide sales network in the whole country, forming a huge sales system and selling its products to Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Ningxia, Gansu, Xinjiang, Hebei, Henan, Guizhou and other provinces. It is honored as the "Chinese Potato Machinery Manufacturing Expert” in the industry. The Company built 6 professional laboratories, such as mechanical, physical and electronic laboratories, with a design and R&D department, production department, quality department, financial department, sales center, test center, and after-sales service center set up. The Company was equipped with over 130 sets of advanced and precise production and test equipment, advanced CAD work stations, scientific research and test facilities, intelligent test systems, world-leading machinery manufacturing expert and three-dimension design software introduced in, and electronic design automation EDA with various products tested on the basis. In the meantime, the Company also constructed a domestically leading agricultural machinery production line, and was equipped with scientific research, production and after-sales service, providing strong technical supports and reliable quality guarantees for the research and manufacturing, production and service of the Company.

The Company built a long-term cooperation with National Engineering and Research Center for Potato, China Agricultural University, Shandong University of Technology, Shandong Agricultural University and other scientific research institutions one by one and constructed an Engineering and Research Center for Potato Production Equipment Intelligence of Shandong Province and a potato machinery industry technology innovation strategic alliances in Dezhou, providing supports and services for key technology research and development and industrialization demonstration, mastering a strong technological innovative ability and commercialize scientific achievements into productivity and industrialization ability.

The Company has gone ahead in China regarding to the research and development and technical reserve in the aspect of whole-course potato mechanization and ranks the top in China for the quality and sales of its products. It has obtain 15 items of patents for utility models authorized by the country and 10 items of patents for inventions accepted. It has laid a firm foundation for the technical development and achievement commercialization of the whole-course mechanization of potato planting.

It won the second price of 2013 Dezhou Scientific and Technological Progress Award for the potato planter in 2cm-4 model researched and developed obtained; and the first price of 2015 Dezhou Scientific and Technological Progress Award for its potato harvester in 4UQ-165 model researched and developed; obtained RMB 700 thousand of national innovation fund for its 2013 potato planter precision drilling system project; and RMB 300 thousand of the achievement commercialization fund granted by Department of Science &Technology of Shandong Province. Secondly, it also reached certain of achievements in the commercialization of technical achievements. Wherein, “2CM-4 model of potato planter” and “4UQ-165 model of potato harvester" passed the verification of scientific and technological achievements in Shandong Province, and obtained the verification certificate (LKCJZ[2013]No. 40 and LKVJZ[2013]No. 41).It greatly contributes to the development of the whole-course mechanization of potato planting.

Our Company has set up a strong emergency repair service team, including experienced on-site engineers and senior technicians. They can arrive on the site as soon as possible and carry out a repair and change for any problems.

As the pacemaker of domestic potato machinery, Transce is oriented by market, treats research and development and technological innovation as the lifeline and obtains benefits from management, greatly contributing to the whole-course mechanization of potato planting and preparing for a good future.

Currently, the Company has developed a series of potato planting machineries, such as ploughing and soil preparation machine, potato planter, intertillage and ridging fertilizer drill, spraying insecticide sprayer, seedling cutting machine and harvester, including 6 series (over 30 items) of products. 8 items of products and 10 models of potato machineries passed the verification in the provincial agricultural machinery promotion respectively.

1997

Shandong Transce Agricultural Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. is developed from original Leling City Xisen Group Hardware Co., Ltd. Leling City Xisen Group Hardware Co., Ltd. was incorporated on January 5, 1997, with its registered capital of RMB 2 million. Its shop occupied 1500 square meters, and only owned simple drills, milling machines, lathes and electric welding machines. It mainly prodoced, manufactured and sold stamping parts, such as dust cover, cabs of mobile machinery shop and brake shoes of automobiles. It main supporting manufacturers included Meichi Huayang Automobile Brake Co., Ltd., Xuzhou Jinzheng Auto Parts Co., Ltd., Qingdao Xinglun Friction Materials Co., Ltd., Tangshan Rida Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., Taian Spaceflight Special Vehicle Co., Ltd., and Dezhou Degong Machinery Co., Ltd. It employed over 40 persons and set up a production, technology, sales and financial department. Its annual value of production was around RMB 2-3 million and the annual tax about RMB 200 thousand. The Company failed to create a self-owned brand, so it only can provide supporting production for other manufacturers. The enterprise was only kept at subsistence level without a narrow development space finally to lead a hard survival.

1998-2008

In 2006, the Company began to have a trial-manufacture of small-sized loaders. Due to different reasons, its annual sales of such loaders was less than 200 sets, with the main customers located in surrounding counties, failing to reach a scaled production. However, after market opportunities are met, we have the courage to raid the market. It is based on the demand of enterprise development. We incorporated “Leling City Tiancheng Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd." on January 14, 2008 in the administrative bureau for industry and commerce of Leling City with its registered capital of RMB 2 million. By sizing up the situation, Liang Xicheng, the general manager, decided to barge into the market of potato machinery. Through recent years of rapid developments, it rapidly became an agricultural machinery research, development and production enterprise integrating the research, development, production and sales of potato industry machinery, and was honored as the “potato machinery manufacturing expert”. The industry engaged in by the Company belongs to the key support and development area of national industry structure adjustment. Currently, the Company has developed a series of potato industry machineries, such as potato planter, cultivator, insecticide sprayer, seedling cutting machine and harvester, containing five series and 20 items of products. The Company built a long-term cooperation with National Engineering and Research Center for Potato, Shandong University of Technology, Shandong Agricultural University and other scientific research institutions one by one and constructed a potato machinery industry technology innovation strategic alliances in Dezhou, providing supports and services for key industrial technology research and development and industrialization demonstration.

2009-until now

From 2010 to 2015, the six series of products (over 30 items) in the Company passed the verification of Shandong province agricultural machinery test and verification station with each performance index meeting national standard. Such products obtained national promotions and the whole-course mechanization operation of potato was realized, bringing the potato machinery industry into a newly brand development era. In 2012, it was recognized as the scientific and technological innovation enterprise by Dezhou science and technology bureau and acted as the key supporting unit of the municipal party committee and municipal government of Leling City. The Company owns many national patents, with a obvious commercialization of research findings, mastering several core technologies, such as bowl-type potato seed arrangement, imitation-type depth control, rotation-type ridge shape control and contra-rotating potato seedling separation.

The potato machinery researched and produced by our Company occupies a certain of market share. Especially, the large and medium-size machinery with over 100 horsepower wins an acclaim from users due to their advanced technology, high working efficiency, stable quality and reasonable price, showing an outstanding competition advantage in the market.

Its market share was increased gradually. We registered a trademark of “Transce” legally in the state trademark bureau, effectively protecting the independent intelligent property rights of the enterprise and increasing the popularity of products. Our Company has been continuously granted with the title of “contract focus and commitment promising” by the administrative bureau for industry and commerce in Dezhou City for 6 years.

We increased the capital by RMB 10 million in 2010, and by RMB 14 million in 2015 so as that the registered capital of the Company reached RMB 26 million. The Company realized a great-leap-forward development and the production value of RMB 11million in 2009, striding the threshold of RMB ten million. In 2014, its production value reached RMB 60 million. In recent years, a good trend of short supply appeared in the market of potato machinery, so the Company also developed into a new level.

At present, the Company occupies 26 thousand square meters, and owns one south shop and one north shop of 14 thousand square meters. The Company is equipped with laser cutting machines, digital controlled lathes and other advanced equipment with its total value of fixed assets of over RMB 35 million. The Company employs 230 persons, in which: the number of employees mastering a college degree or above are 50.In the Company, departments are set up completely, with perfect functions, rapid feedback of market information, strengthened technical research and development ability, and greatly increased ability to beat back various risks, mastering the ability of taking over the commanding height of market.

Research and Development Strength

The Company built a long-term cooperation with National Engineering and Research Center for Potato, China Agricultural University，Shandong University of Technology, Shandong Agricultural University and other scientific research institutions one by one, and constructed a full-time new product research and development organization, equipped domestically leading inspection and test equipment, set up advanced CAD working stations, scientific research facilities, and  intelligent test systems with various products tested for their full performance on the basis. Also, it cultivated a batch of scientific and technical personnel with an innovative consciousness and high knowledge level. In 2012, the Company jointly cooperated with Shandong University of Technology to form an Engineering and Research Center for Potato Production Equipment Intelligence. In the same year, it was recognized as the new high-tech enterprise by the office of science and technology of Dezhou City and created a potato machinery industry technology innovation strategic alliances in Dezhou. Relying on the engineering technology center, the Company created a potato whole-course mechanization industry base, so as to prioritize the potato machinery equipment with high technology content, stable performance and reliable quality.

Currently, the Company has developed a series of potato planting machineries, ploughing and soil preparation machine, potato planter, intertillage and ridging fertilizer drill, spraying insecticide sprayer, seedling cutting machine and harvester. There are 6 series (over 30 items) of products, in which 8 items of products and 10 models of potato machineries passed the verification in the provincial agricultural machinery promotion respectively. The Company has gone ahead in China regarding to the research and development and technical reserve in the aspect of whole-course potato mechanization. It has obtained 5 items of patents for inventions authorized by the countries, 15 items of patents for utility models, 10 items of patents for inventions accepted and 2 items of provincial achievements of science and technology and undertaken several provincial and national science and technology projects, in which the “potato planter precise drilling system” was the national innovation funds supporting project.

Product Introduction

Relying on the Engineering and Research Center for Potato Production Equipment Intelligence of Shandong Province, the Company created a potato whole-course mechanization industry base, so as to prioritize the potato machinery equipment with high technology content, stable performance and reliable quality. Currently, the Company has developed a series of potato planting machineries, such as ploughing and soil preparation machine, potato planter, intertillage and ridging fertilizer drill, spraying insecticide sprayer, seedling cutting machine, harvester and potato cleaning, separation and transportation series of machines. The Company won provincial scientific and technological achievement regarding to the 2CM-4 model of potato planter and 4UQ-165 model of potato harvester; obtained 15 items of patents for utility models authorized by the country and 10 items of patents for inventions accepted; passed the authentications of ISO9001 quality management system, ISO 14001 environment management system and GB/T28001 occupation healthy and safety management system.

Ploughing and Soil Preparation Machine

The ploughing and soil preparation mechanization technology refers to the ploughing and soil preparation process of various machineries on farmlands so as to improve soil structures, recover soil fertilities, and promote the sprouting and growth of crops to seed. A good soil environment is created for seedling plantings and stable and increased agricultural yields. It is the most basic farmland operation mechanization technology and the important line during agricultural productions.

The ploughing operation includes soil aeration, soil loosening, weed burying, fertilization and so on. The soil preparation refers to the operation of raveling, leveling, suppressing, ditching, furrowing and ridging after a ploughing and before a seeding. The ploughing and soil preparation are carried out separately and multiple operations are précised with joint operation machines and tools. The ploughing and soil preparation machines and tools mainly include a turnplow, disc plough, subsoiler, cultivator, rotary cultivator, disc harrow, power target, joint soil preparation machine, roller and so on. Soil preparation technology and equipment play an important role in agricultural productions, so the ploughing and soil preparation machine around the world are continuously updated and developed.
